The 30-Day Personal Training Experience is in essence, a 30-day training membership, that lets you try everything our gym has to offer, commitment free!
A professional will sit down with you take the time needed to understand your wants, needs, challenges, schedule restrictions etc, and help you decide what frequency and training style makes the most sense for you and has the highest chance of achieving long term sustainable results. Then together, they'll help you schedule training sessions for the coming weeks and let you try the membership that is the closest match to your needs. We are a firm believer that if we cannot earn your business in 30-days, then we do not deserve it.
